Just a note to let our members know that we are not funded by heritage Canada and we have to fundraise on a continual basis to keep cultural programming and activities running.
Our band members who are in the area and whom would like to help out with volunteer activities are welcomed and asked to let the Chief and band council know. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Those of you who have not been able to help out in any way are reminded that a small one time donation or annual donation would /could go a long way to help out our band carry out its functions and operations.
Of course no one is obligated to help out and I wouldn't want to offend anyone, but we could use all the help we can get- it will make us stronger.
